In the movie "A Star is Born," Judy Garland 's parents had been traveling vaudevillians, and as the song goes, she was born in a trunk on one of their stops - Pocatello, Idaho, to be exact. Pocatello is a poetic name, and I suppose that's why the writer used it, because it seems unlikely that in the 1920s a vaudeville troupe would have been in Idaho, much less in Pocatello....
